Sue Bensassi Designs is a handmade home accessories business operated by Sue Bensassi, based in England. We specialise in handcrafted, customisable products including notice boards, photo frames, photo albums, key holders, memo blocks, and filing chests.

3. Products

All products sold on this website are handmade and may be customised according to customer specifications. As each item is individually crafted, there may be minor variations between products. These variations are a natural characteristic of handmade goods and are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product subject to these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us via our contact page to confirm your order status.

5. Payment

Payment can be made through our secure payment gateway using major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. Full payment is required before dispatch of goods. We do not store your card details.

6. Delivery

Full details of delivery options, costs, and timeframes can be found on our Delivery page. All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.

7. Returns and Refunds

Standard items: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original, unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Made to Order items: Customised or made to order items are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
